WNRUFC Youth Committee

We are looking to start a youth committee so our younger players can be more involved in decisions/communication in their section of the rugby club. We want the youth palyers to feel more involved and also encourage them to become active in their club as a whole. Being involved with this should also help them with the volunteering aspect of their Dof E awards, if their school is not currently involved in Dof E provision it should not put off our players as there are other ways we can record their volunteering so it can count on their personal statements for uni or cv for job applications, all of which they will be doing in the not too distant future! We have made no decisions on what the committee should do as we believe those decisions should be made by the committee themselves. The first meeting will be:
